Podcast Episode 220: ROBIN NUNES

Welcome, Robin D. Nunes, a full-time artist. She is focused on a personal and playful approach to her art. Robin is currently represented by Four Corners Gallery, Norton Gallery and Framing, Attleboro Art Museum, Cotuit Center for the Arts, and Kettle Black Gallery in New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park.

Her newest collection of work is on exhibit at the Four Corners Gallery in Tiverton, Rhode Island. Robin focuses on cityscapes, and her love for Nature has brought her to love en plein air painting. She says, “Whether I am painting seascapes or landscapes, using a palette knife adds a whimsical touch to my paintings.”

Robin spoke with The Artists Index co-founder, documentarian, and podcast host, Ron Fortier. They discussed her art, her artistic beginning and journey, and much more. This episode was recorded at our recording studio at Spectrum Marketing Group at Howland Place in New Bedford.
