Ron Fortier

Co-founder & Host of the Southcoast Artists Index Podcast

Painter Ron lives and maintains his studio in Fairhaven, Massachusetts. He received his BFA in Painting from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and, his MFA from the University of Miami. Ron has exhibited both nationally and internationally. His work is a part of collections in the United States and overseas.

He is the co-founder of The Artists Index co-founder, podcaster, and article writer. He along with friend and co-founder, Jeff Wotton, are documenting the legacies of South Coast artists. Together, they and their team are building a local history resource while providing up close and personal conversations with the makers, performers, supporters, and cultural impresarios of our remarkable creative communities of the South Coast.
