The Southcoast Artists Index was co-founded by Jeffrey Wotton and me, Ron Fortier back in 2009. We have been striving to build a collective digital archive for the creative community of the Southcoast since day one.

Our goal is to continue recording our informative and entertaining In-Focus Podcasts featuring casual conversations with the emerging and established Visual, Performing, and Literary Artists of the Southcoast of Massachusetts.

We pay for the expenses and have put in a lot of sweat equity since we began our original journey as The Artists Profiles. Transcribing the podcasts and entering them into a comprehensive database requires a large time committment and the generosity of our many listeners who look forward to listening to a new podcast guest every week.

So, I hope you can see how your donation to our project means the world to us. Because of it, and the donations of others, we’ll be better able to continue and document our phenominal creative community.
